Peđa Jovanović

Peđa Jovanović is a graduate electrical engineer, ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), mentor, and entrepreneur. He began his professional career in sales and sales management in international companies, and since 2006, he has been dedicated to personal and professional development. He embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2008. In 2011, he founded the consulting company Atria Group, which he successfully leads to this day.

Through Atria Group, Jovanović has established partnerships with leading international organisations, enabling the transfer of the latest global methodologies to local and regional business contexts.

Over the past fifteen years, he has worked in more than 40 countries, including China, Brazil, Singapore, India, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Romania, the Czech Republic, and Italy, collaborating with tens of thousands of people – from individuals and entrepreneurs to leaders and entire organisations.

In his work, he combines cognitive and intuitive dimensions, believing that personal transformation enables individuals to make a greater contribution to teams, organisations, and humanity as a whole.

He lives in Prague with his wife Štěpánka and their three children. In addition to his business endeavors, he is dedicated to writing and researching topics that connect identity, personal transformation, and the role of individuals in the modern world.
